Frankly Thomas Wright

Mr. Frankly Thomas Wright, 78, of Lancaster passed away Saturday, March 23, 2024 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born July 24, 1945 in Lancaster, a son of the late Conners Wright and Mary Lee West Wright. Mr. Wright was a devoted husband of 59 years and loved his wife very much. He was a good and loving Pop and Pawpaw to his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed music, playing the guitar, and spending quality time with his family. Mr. Wright is survived by his wife of 59 years, Barbara H. Wright; his son, Thomas Franklin Wright, Jr. and his wife Chrissy of Lancaster; two daughters, Angela Scarborough and her husband Russel of Lancaster and Tammy Tadlock and her husband Gary of Waxhaw; two brothers, Gene Wright of Lancaster and Chris Wright of Polkton; three sisters, Lillie Mae Mullis of Monroe, Barbara Jo Belk of Jefferson, and Annette Catoe of Lancaster; numerous nieces and nephews, nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; and his K9 companion, Ivy. The family will host Celebration of Life service, Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 1 P.M at his home, 2158 Douglas Heights Ln. Lancaster, SC 29720.
