I met Mr. Arant when I worked in the Lancaster County Treasurers Office about 10 years ago. He could have been my grandpas twin that passed away in 1994. When he opened the door in our office my heart dropped. From that day forward I had picked with him that he could be my grandpa. Each time he came in the office he had a huge smile on his face. We even shared cards in the mail for holidays. Mr. Arant was a very humble, sweet, caring and God loving man. He loved his family! I am sorry for your loss and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers!
